Weekend wedding packages include the basics: the barn & pavilion, tables, chairs, and linens and a bartender.  The natural beauty of the farm serves as a backdrop for your unique style.

Weekend Venue Rental Package - starting at  $3,200

Friday:  $3,500

November Saturdays: $4,200

New Year’s Eve, & New Year’s Day:  $5,850

Included:

o   5-hour event for up to 100 guests

o   Use of facility for set up beginning at 10 a.m. + 1 hour following event for break-down             

o   The Barn (climate-controlled):

  • seats 150 for ceremony

  • seats 100 at tables with dance floor, DJ, bar, & cakes

  • seats 150 (max) at tables with guest seating only

o   Covered outdoor pavilion with string lights:

  • seats 180 for ceremony

  • seats 180 at tables with dance floor

o   Space for large, tented events

o   Outdoor ceremony space

o   Ample parking

o   White wood padded folding chairs

o   Round or rectangular tables

o   White, ivory, or black linens

o   TABC-certified server for beer & wine ($200 additional charge for hard alcohol bartending service)

o   2 – tiny house dressing rooms (2 p.m. until start of event) *Coming Soon:  Bridal Cottage with full-day access*

o   4 – wine barrels

o   1 – barrel table

o   1 – 6’ farmhouse table

o   1 – rustic bar

o   Use of pavilion serving kitchen

o   Use of fire pit

o   Set up and breakdown of tables and chairs

o   Trash take out

o   Venue cleaning (following removal of all food, drinks, rental items, and personal property by hosts)

o   1 ½ hour rehearsal the week of your wedding

o   Use of venue for engagement photo session and bridal photo session (2 hours each)

o   Venue representative on day of event (note:  venue rep is not a wedding coordinator or a “day of” coordinator)

Over 100 guests:    $15 per person (+additional bartender fee & additional security if serving alcohol)           

Additional hours:   $300/hour

Security Deposit (Refundable):  $300


Alcoholic Beverages:  

·        Included:  TABC-certified server for BYOB beer & wine for up to 100 guests ($150 additional charge for over 100 guests)

·        Additional Charge:  Contracted bartending service is required for BYOB hard alcohol (this is not included in package):  $200 additional charge per 100 guests

Security:  If serving alcohol, Holiday Acres will arrange for a security officer to be present. 1 officer is required for every 100 guests.  Each officer must be paid in cash by you on the day of the event.  $175 per officer

Music Policy:  Max 15” speakers, max 85 decibels on dance floor, no sub-woofers

Catering:  You may choose any licensed & insured caterer. Caterer must provide certificate of insurance naming Holiday Acres as additional insured.  Caterer must deliver, set up, serve, clean up, and break down.  These services may not be performed by event participants.

Due to insurance limitations, home-prepared food is not permitted.

Not included in event package:  food, beverages, dinnerware, ice, ice chests, décor, DJ, sound system/audiovisual system, event coordinator, or staff for loading/unloading, decorating, food serving, table busing, or packing up of décor.

Payments: 

20% down payment to reserve date and lock in pricing with balance divided into equal monthly payments

Final payment is due 1 month prior to event

6.75% sales tax will be added to taxable items

Prices subject to change without notice.  Signed contract & payment of retainer lock in current pricing.
