Christmas Trees

Leyland Cypress

Mistletoe Farms

Perhaps you have seen our neighbors, Eric and Betty, around the farm. Betty is one of our wreath ladies, and Eric can usually be found driving a tractor or fixing whatever is broken.  A few years ago, Eric planted a field of  Christmas trees on his property that is adjacent to the Holiday Acres fields.  This year that field will be open and you may purchase one of their Virginia Pines, or a Leyland Cypress or Arizona Cypress tree if you'd like something different this year.  Leyland Cypresses are the perfect tree for allergy sufferers since they do not produce pollen.
Carolina Sapphire and Blue Ice are varieties of the Arizona Cypress and two of the newest species developed for Christmas trees. Their foliage are blue green in color, soft to the touch, and very dense with an outstanding aroma.
See our tree types page to compare the varieties of trees available at Holiday Acres.  The prices for the Cypress trees are the same as the Virginia Pine prices, and payment will be made at the Holiday Acres cashier.  While you are out in the fields, you might also enjoy a walk around the Mistletoe Farms pond.
