Saturday Venue Rental Package - $3,250

                Full-day use of facilities for set up.

                5 hour event for up to 100 guests

                Climate-controlled barn - 1,440 sq. ft. 

                Covered pavilion - 1,920 sq. ft.

                Open deck - 1,080 sq. ft.

                Outdoor ceremony space

                100 - padded resin folding chairs

                13 - 5’ round tables

                6 – 6’ rectangular tables

                19 – picnic tables

                4 – wine barrels

                1 – barrel table (antique door table surface with 2 barrels as base)

                1 – rustic bar

                Use of pavilion serving area

                Use of fire pit

                Set up and breakdown of tables and chairs

                Venue cleaning

                Use of venue for engagement photo session and bridal photo session (2 hours each)

Over 100 guests:    $15 per person

Use of 2 tiny houses as dressing areas (if available):  $125 each

Decorating & Rehearsal Day on Friday before event 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. (max 25 people):  $750 (only available with purchase of Saturday wedding package) + $300 cleaning fee (may be waived if you choose to do the post-rehearsal cleanup)

All catering must be done by licensed, insured caterers

Music must be kept to a level which will not disturb our neighbors. 


 

Hourly Venue Rental

      Monday - Thursday:   $150 per hour, or $900 for 8 hours

     Friday:    $225 per hour, or $1,400 for 8 hours

 

                Hourly use of facilities for up to 50 guests

                50 padded resin chairs

Pop-Up Event Policies and Pricing

 

WHAT IS A POP-UP EVENT?  A pop-up event is an event that is scheduled within 6 weeks of the event date.

Basic Saturday Pop-Up Event Package   $200 per hour (3 hour minimum)

3 Hour Event for up to 50 guests

1 Hour for Setup & 1 Hour for Breakdown

Climate-controlled barn – 1,440 sq. ft.

Covered pavilion – 1,920 sq. ft.

Open deck – 1,080 sq. ft.

Picnic table seating (20 picnic tables - seating for 120+)
