A venue for barn weddings and events with rustic glam charm just south of Houston, near Pearland, Alvin, & Friendswood. Holiday Acres provides the backdrop for bringing your vision to life. We provide the grounds and facilities, and you set up and decorate with your own personal style.
Lots of string lights for your outdoor reception under the covered pavilion. The fire pit is the perfect place to set up a s'mores bar.

- Climate-controlled barn – (seats 175 for ceremony, or seats 100 at tables (with no buffet, bar, DJ), or 125+ standing (with cocktail tables, bar, DJ)
- Covered pavilion – 1,920 sq. ft.
- Open deck – 1,080 sq. ft.
- No additional charge for indoor or outdoor ceremony setup for weddings
- 100 – white plastic folding chairs (upgraded chairs available)
- 13 - 5’ round tables
- 6 – 6’ rectangular tables
- 20 – picnic tables in covered pavilion (seating for 120+)
- 4 – wine barrels
- 1 – barrel table
- 1 – rustic bar
- Use of pavilion serving area
- Use of fire pit
- Set up and breakdown of tables and chairs
- Venue cleaning (following removal of all food & drinks, rentals, and personal property)
- Use of venue for engagement photo session and bridal photo session (2 hours each)
- Venue representative on day of event (note: venue rep is not a wedding coordinator or a “day of” coordinator)
