Weekend wedding packages include the basics: the barn & pavilion, tables, chairs, and linens and a bartender. The natural beauty of the farm serves as a backdrop for your unique style.
Weekend Venue Rental Package - starting at $2,850
Friday: $2,850 (Note: Price for Friday events booked after 3/1/2019 will be $3,200. Reserve your date now to lock in pricing before the increase goes into effect.)
· December Fridays: $4,350
· December Saturdays, New Year’s Eve, & New Year’s Day: $5,850

10% off the price of the event package for Active Duty Military, active National Guard & Reserve, and First Responders
o 5-hour event for up to 100 guests
o Use of facility for set up beginning at 10 a.m. + 1 hour following event for break-down
o The Barn (climate-controlled):

seats 100 at tables with dance floor, DJ, bar, & cakes
seats 150 (max) at tables with guest seating only
o Covered outdoor pavilion with string lights:

o Use of pavilion serving kitchen
o Use of fire pit
o Set up and breakdown of tables and chairs

o Venue cleaning (following removal of all food, drinks, rental items, and personal property by hosts)
o 1 ½ hour rehearsal the week of your wedding
o Use of venue for engagement photo session and bridal photo session (2 hours each)
o Venue representative on day of event (note: venue rep is not a wedding coordinator or a “day of” coordinator)
Over 100 guests: $15 per person (+additional bartender fee & additional security if serving alcohol)
Additional hours: $300/hour
Security Deposit (Refundable): $300
· Included: TABC-certified server for BYOB beer & wine for up to 100 guests ($150 additional charge for over 100 guests)
· Additional Charge: Contracted bartending service is required for BYOB hard alcohol (this is not included in package): $200 additional charge per 100 guests
Security: If serving alcohol, Holiday Acres will arrange for a security officer to be present. 1 officer is required for every 100 guests. Each officer must be paid in cash by you on the day of the event. $175 per officer
Music Policy: Max 12” speakers, max 85 decibels on dance floor, no sub-woofers
Catering: You may choose any licensed & insured caterer. Caterer must provide certificate of insurance naming Holiday Acres as additional insured. Caterer must deliver, set up, serve, clean up, and break down. These services may not be performed by event participants.
Due to insurance limitations, home-prepared food is not permitted.
Not included in event package: food, beverages, dinnerware, ice, ice chests, décor, DJ, sound system/audiovisual system, event coordinator, or staff for loading/unloading, decorating, food serving, table busing, or packing up of décor.
20% down payment to reserve date and lock in pricing with balance divided into equal monthly payments
Final payment is due 1 month prior to event
6.75% sales tax will be added to total package
