What does Holiday Acres supply?

We'll build the fire and provide roasting sticks for marshmallows or hotdogs.  Hot chocolate will also be provided. We have two 6 foot tables available for your use and some primitive seating (hay bales and logs) around the fire.  We have 6 picnic tables available.  We will take you on a hayride which can accomodate 20 riders at a time.  We also supply the equipment for Ultimate Firefly Frisbee.

What is Ultimate Firefly Frisbee?

Basically, it's ultimate frisbee played in the dark.  You will use a frisbee which has flashing LED lights and each player will wear a glow-in-the-dark necklace (each team a different color).  We will provide the supplies and your leaders will organize and supervise the game.

What do we need to bring?

Any food & drinks for your group

Lawn chairs if you want them

Tennis shoes (Flip-flops are not so good for playing frisbee.  Also, this is the country and there are sometimes fire ants.  Please insist that the students wear tennis shoes.)

Enough adults to supervise your group

A single payment for the group (check or cash)

What does it cost?

$7.00 per person (20 person minimum per group)

No charge for leaders or adult chaperones

How many people can we bring?

We can accomodate up to 120 people at a time. 

How can I book a date for our group?

Please send an email to info@TheHolidayAcres.com to reserve a date.  Be sure to include an estimate of the number of people (including adults) you will be bringing, and tell us your first and second choice of dates.  We will endeavor to give you your first choice of dates.  We do not have a covered shelter, so in case of inclement weather, you will be under no obligation to pay for the trip.
