Holiday Acres Employment Application 

Holiday Acres is hiring a part-time administrative assistant who will also assist with event sales.

  • 8-10 hours per week - schedule is flexible
  • Starting pay $12/hour
  • Holiday Acres is located at 8919 Mustang Bayou Rd. (CR 95), Manvel, TX  77578
  • Background check & drug test required
  • This is a W-2 position and pay will be once a week by check.  No daily pay. No payment with cash. 

Qualifications:

  • Competent use of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Familiar with Quickbooks (preferred)
  • Basic bookkeeping skills (preferred)
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, and written communication skills
  • Good verbal communication skills and ability to comfortably interact with clients
  • Interest in weddings & events (preferred)

 

Duties:

  • Categorizing receipts and entering into spreadsheet
  • Making entries into Quickbooks
  • Reconciling checking accounts with Quickbooks
  • Managing email
  • Filing
  • Answering phone and returning calls
  • Internet research
  • Responding to requests for information about event venue and tiny house rentals
  • Preparing proposals and agreements utilizing HoneyBook CRM (Customer Relationship Management) .  Training provided.
  • Giving venue tours to brides and prospective clients
